Carlo's Independent Italian Restaurant is excited to invite you to our next Wine Tasting Evening on Wednesday, 27th November at 19:00. This exclusive event, in partnership with renowned Italian wine supplier Zonin, will feature five exquisite Italian wines paired with a specially crafted two-course meal.

For just £39.90 per person, guests will be guided through a tasting of both classic and unique Italian wines, including a very special appearance from Villa iL Palagio's Message in a Bottle Rosso IGT, brought to you from the estate of Sting and Trudie.

• Falerio DOC Pecorino – A pale yellow wine with citrus, tropical fruit, and herbal notes; a balanced, round finish.

• Prosecco Rosé Millesimato – Lightly sparkling with aromas of wisteria, red berries, and a touch of almond.

• Sasseo Primitivo Salento – A rich ruby red with intense notes of plums, jam, and a hint of spice.

• Surya Bianco DOC – A floral and fruity white with an ideal balance of acidity and structure.

• Message in a Bottle Rosso IGT 2021 – Our guest wine, with intense, fruity notes of ripe red fruits and sweet spices.
